Join a supportive in-person therapy group for individuals with lived experience of Psychosis. Through guided discussions and interactive activities, members build coping skills, share experiences, and strengthen their sense of community. Meets Thursdays from 12:00–1:00 PM.
FLEX is a monthly 90-minute virtual support group created for families and caregivers of individuals living with psychosis. In this guided, therapist-facilitated space, members connect with others who share similar experiences, exchange understanding, and learn practical ways to cope and support their loved ones. The group offers a safe, compassionate environment to reduce isolation, strengthen resilience, and foster hope within the family system. Open exclusively to families and caregivers.
The Life Skills Mentor service provides personalized, hands-on guidance to help individuals strengthen daily living skills, build confidence, and overcome challenges. Delivered with professionalism and compassion, this service supports personal growth through practical strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs. Sessions take place on site, meeting clients where they are to foster independence and real-world success.
The Health Advocate service offers professional support to help individuals make informed decisions about their healthcare. Advocates work alongside clients to clarify treatment options, ensure their voices are heard, and promote patient rights within the healthcare system. Delivered on site—typically at a provider’s office—this service empowers clients to navigate care confidently and take an active role in their well-being.
Supervision sessions provide structured guidance and professional development for LPC Associates or other clinicians working toward licensure or clinical growth. Each session includes case review, ethical discussion, and skill building to promote confidence and competence in practice. Available in person or virtually, with in-person sessions often providing the most engaging learning environment.
