Getting Started

Initial Consultation

No charge

A brief 15-minute meeting designed to help determine whether the therapist and client are a good fit to work together. This consultation provides an opportunity to discuss needs, goals, and questions before starting therapy. Available virtually or by phone for your convenience.

Intake & Evaluation (90 minutes)

A 90-minute initial session for new clients, designed to gather background information, understand current concerns, and begin developing a personalized plan for care. This appointment is scheduled directly by the therapist. Family members or support persons are welcome and encouraged to participate. Available in person or virtually, though this session works best when conducted in person for a more thorough and engaging evaluation.

Therapy

Individual Therapy (50 minutes)

A 50-minute session focused on continuing therapeutic work, building insight, and supporting progress toward personal goals. These sessions are guided by each client’s evolving needs and treatment plan. Available in person, virtually, or by phone, depending on preference and clinical appropriateness.

Family Therapy (50 minutes)

Family and joint therapy sessions focus on improving communication, understanding, and relationships within the family or support network. Depending on goals and needs, sessions may be done with or without the primary client present. These appointments are scheduled directly by the therapist. Available in person or virtually, though they work best when conducted in person to foster deeper connection and collaboration.

Group Therapy

PACT: Psychosis And Coping Together

Join a supportive in-person therapy group for individuals with lived experience of Psychosis. Through guided discussions and interactive activities, members build coping skills, share experiences, and strengthen their sense of community. Meets Thursdays from 12:00–1:00 PM.

FLEX: Families with Lived EXperience of Psychosis

FLEX is a monthly 90-minute virtual support group created for families and caregivers of individuals living with psychosis. In this guided, therapist-facilitated space, members connect with others who share similar experiences, exchange understanding, and learn practical ways to cope and support their loved ones. The group offers a safe, compassionate environment to reduce isolation, strengthen resilience, and foster hope within the family system. Open exclusively to families and caregivers.


Concierge Services

Life Skills Mentor

375/hour

The Life Skills Mentor service provides personalized, hands-on guidance to help individuals strengthen daily living skills, build confidence, and overcome challenges. Delivered with professionalism and compassion, this service supports personal growth through practical strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs. Sessions take place on site, meeting clients where they are to foster independence and real-world success.

Health Advocate

375/hour

The Health Advocate service offers professional support to help individuals make informed decisions about their healthcare. Advocates work alongside clients to clarify treatment options, ensure their voices are heard, and promote patient rights within the healthcare system. Delivered on site—typically at a provider’s office—this service empowers clients to navigate care confidently and take an active role in their well-being.


Clinical Supervision

LPC Associates (60 minutes)

Supervision sessions provide structured guidance and professional development for LPC Associates or other clinicians working toward licensure or clinical growth. Each session includes case review, ethical discussion, and skill building to promote confidence and competence in practice. Available in person or virtually, with in-person sessions often providing the most engaging learning environment.

If you or your organization are interested in training, presentations, or speaking engagements focused on Psychosis and recovery, I’m happy to connect and discuss possibilities. This consultation provides space to outline goals, audience needs, and scheduling options. Unless otherwise requested, the initial meeting is conducted virtually—and at this time, there is no charge for this consultation.

Some insurance is accepted. It is reviewed on an individual basis, and there are a limited number of insurance appointments available.
